The Criminal Chambers have decided to strike from the criminal hearings from 23 to 29 September 2026.
The reason is the repeated violation by the Prison Administrations of illegally capturing the conversations between the prisoner and the defender, thus violating the right of defense, in whose bed is implicitly contained the right of secrecy of the conversations between client and lawyer.
The lawyers of the law-economic firm Daniele declare to join the strike.
